How the averages work
Channels per customer = active customer–channel pairs ÷ publishing customers. Publications per customer = distinct published content items ÷ publishing customers. One item sent to both Facebook and Instagram counts as one publication and activates two channels. Multiple mapped workspaces belonging to a customer are combined.
Only customers with publishing attributed to that operator enter their averages. The overall averages use deduplicated totals. Credit goes to the recorded scheduler or publisher, so these are delivery measures rather than hours worked. Social posts, stories, email, blog, ads and SEO updates are included.
All periods use today’s paying premium portfolio, excluding customers who have since left. Historical months can include activity before a customer became premium. Dates use America/Toronto; the last 30 complete days exclude today.
