How to read this page. Premium clients pay Glowtify to run their marketing (our operators do the work in their workspaces); self-served clients run it themselves. This page answers one question per client: who is actually doing the work — the client's own people, or us? Every action in the content loop (commenting, approving, publishing, creating, initiating reviews) is attributed to its author over the selected period (last 30 days by default, or any month), Glowtify operators are filtered out, and each client gets the highest autonomy rung its own people reached. A premium client climbing rungs is learning to run the product alone; a self-served client stuck at the bottom has stopped using it.
Period
The autonomy ladder
Highest rung reached by the customer's own people in the selected period — Glowtify operators and internal accounts excluded.
Where every client sits
Count of paying clients per rung, by segment. Premium moving right = customers taking over the work. Self-served stuck at 0 = paying but not using.
The trend — is autonomy growing?
Each bar = one month of clients, colored by their rung that month. More color toward the bottom = the segment is taking over the work.
Climbing = the client's best rung over the last two months reached 2 or higher and beat the two months before — self-driven work only. Going passive → reviewing does not count as climbing: the Jun–Jul reviewing wave coincides with operators ramping review requests (349 sent in 60 days), and a client approving what we send them is engagement, not autonomy. Sliding = dropped from rung 2+. The newest month is partial.
